ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT

2011 Format

This year's tournament will be a 9-hole event.  Registration and check-in will begin at 5:00 P.M.  Dinner will be served between 5:30 p.m. thru 6:30 p.m. at the Willowbrook Estates Clubhouse.The golf course will be set-up with seven par 3's and twp par 4's.At 7:00 P.M. a shotgun start will start the 9-hole glowball scramble tournament.  Following the tournament, the awards and opportunity drawing will be held at the Willowbrook Estates Clubhouse.

Golf at Night?

Playing golf at night is unique and a fun experience where each player uses a special ball, which becomes illuminated when a glow stick is inserted into the ball. The ball travels one to one half the distance of a regular golf ball.

The course is setup with the longest hole not exceeding 210 yards. The "tee boxes" and flag sticks will be illuminated. This makes the flag visible.   Flashlights are highly recommended. They can be used to help light the teeing area as well as the putting area on the greens.

The tournament is structured to be NON-COMPETITIVE and primarily for fun.
